Fred was hired to be a GC for our home. He was either incompetent or didnt show up. Either way the workmanship was either done poorly or not done correctly. We are now fixing so many things on the home. Fred's motto was "good enough." I've never seen so many jobs be repeated. Nothing was ever his fault. Even the painting which was CSA construction AKA Fred's trade was horrible. Wall coverage, retouching baseboards, merely painting around the locks on the exterior doors. The list goes on. Alfred and his team provided exceptional painting services to complete our home renovation project. CSA painted our exterior chimney white (3 coats!) to cover the original red brick and protected our new acrylic exterior with careful taping and professional spraying. I recommend CSA for any painting job that requires precision and care. We're very pleased with the outcome!
