Partnering with Forest Hill Design Build was the best decision we could have made for our extensive home renovation. The team went above and beyond to deliver high-quality work and did so on a reasonable budget, which they stuck to. Not only did they bring our designer’s vision to life perfectly and on schedule, but they were a complete pleasure to work with. The Forest Hill team was organized, responsive, punctual, trustworthy, committed to high-quality work, kept a clean site, and they genuinely cared that everything turned out as best as possible.

The full project included new flooring throughout the main floor, basement and upstairs landing; painting the whole interior; tearing down and swapping our family room and kitchen; completing a playroom and TV room in the basement; remodelling our front foyer; and redoing a powder room and master bathroom.

We moved out of the house during the two and a half months of construction. Any time we checked in, our neighbours would tell us how polite and hard-working the team was. The crew would always be happy to walk us through what was being done and keep us in the loop on next steps. When outside trades people like electricians were needed, the individuals they partnered with were similarly committed to a high standard of work. And if any issues arose, they would go the extra mile to make sure everything was done perfectly. For example, we had hired someone else to build a bar in the basement, and when his attention to detail wasn’t up to the level of Forest Hill, the team put in the time to add finishing touches to ensure the bar matched their high-quality work.

The bottom line is the project was done on budget and on time, and turned out even better than we could have expected. On top of that, we walked away knowing we got true value for our money. We now get to live in a house that suits our functional needs, but that also looks like it came out of a magazine. It’s been a few months since the project wrapped up and we still feel giddy as we walk around the house and show it off to family and friends. We are so glad we trusted Forest Hill Design Build with our home. We recommend them completely and look forward to doing future projects together.

Best quote we got. Excellent service before project started, they were always available to answer my call. We did a total tear down and they were ready for any "surprises". We purchased all materials and they did the labour. High quality work and on time. Worked hard to get it just as we wanted. Will use them again if we have another Reno project.

From start to finish my experience with Forest Hill Design Build was a pleasure. Every member of Davide's team were professional, courteous and always exceeded my expectations. I could not be happier with my first floor renovation and honestly can't decide what I like the most....new flooring/trim, kitchen or fireplace. Very meticulous work done and completed in time frame. They removed our ceramic floor, replaced tiles on floor, removed and replaced custom vanity and replaced toilet. Some plumbing done with vanity. Left everything very clean. Amazing job. Very satisfied.
