AMAZING!! They cleaned and polished all the gutters, washed the exteriors of all the windows and cleaned all the siding. So quick to respond to my request and then happily revised the quote 3 times when I added and subtracted services. Very professional - answered all my questions - explained everything clearly - totally understood my needs. Squeezed me in for a date to accommodate me and then were able to come even earlier. Fabulous results. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I reached out to get a quote from Performance Window. Brook called to provide an estimate. I accepted and to my surprise the window cleaners showed up ahead of the scheduled appointment. They provided a good service and cleaned the windows thoroughly.

They were to inspect the eaves troughs as some of the units have water coming down between the roof and the eaves troughs. I gave them a list of the unit that needed remediation.

They cleaned out the eaves troughs but did not do anything towards these problem units.

So while the eaves trough has now been accessed and cleaned out I still have the original problem which was to access these 17 units.
