Five Star Bath Solutions GTA

We had 5 star bath solutions update our main and en-suite. They look amazing and we are happy with the work quality.

The work looks amazing and the contractor Tomaz was very professional and tidy. Finished in 2 days that was the highlight for me. There were a couple of hiccups along the way but Bola made sure they was resolved quickly. Quite pricey but the lifetime guarantee on parts and labour in my opinion outweighs the initial price. All in all I’m happy with my investment.

The 2-man install team removed a tub, toilet, and vanity from our master bath, and installed a shower, toilet, and vanity. We also had them remove vanities and install new ones in 2 other bathrooms. The shower unit was purchased (made to order) from five star (we purchased the toilet and vanities separately).

Our whole experience with Five Star was fantastic, from the first visit, to the install, to the follow-up. Our installers (Thomas and Mark) were completely professional and courteous, kept us updated on progress, and did a excellent job. We couldn't be happier with their work.

I'm very happy with my experience with Five Star Bath Solutions. We had an old tub with surrounding tiles in bad condition so we opted for a tub to shower conversion renovation.
The entire process took roughly 4 months, but that was due to ordering time for the product and scheduling conflicts/delays. The actual reno took only 1.5 days so that was very good. Even though it was fast, the quality of products and workmanship was excellent.
From the initial sales consultation with Christine, to the design/measurements meeting with Eric, and finally Tomasz and crew for the installation, everything went smoothly and everyone was very friendly, professional and accommodating.
Although the cost was more than I thought it would be when I was shopping around, the end result is amazing and I'm thrilled with the results. So for me, it was worth it.

5 Star Bath Solutions is easily the worst company I have had the misfortune of dealing with. If you are looking for a company that provides exceptional customer service and a great product, I suggest you keep looking.

It started in September of 2019. I requested a quote for a shower remodel so they sent over a sales rep. After she put the quote together it turned to a high pressure sales meeting. She basically wasn't going to leave without us agreeing to the quote. She even threaten that if she left we wouldn't be able to get the same rate later. It did seem like a good price so we agreed and gave the required 30% deposit on signing. That was the highlight, it went down hill from there.

They told us 4-6 weeks for install. After rescheduling the install 4 different times with 4 different excuses it was January 2nd 2020 before they actually showed up to do the work. We thought great this will finally be completed, wrong! The installer didn't bring all the pieces so he couldn't finish the job. He said we could wait 2 days until the glue dried and use the shower, wrong! When he installed the new faucet he messed it up and we only had cold water. We called them 3 times to report the cold water and missing pieces of the shower. Just kept getting the run around and delays. Finally 3 weeks later they came with the missing pieces and fixed the faucet. No appointment, just showed up.

This company will take your deposit, 30%, and tell you 4-6 weeks for install, but it’s more like 4-6 months. They have the worst customer service experience I have ever seen. At every issue they prove that they really don’t care, they have your deposit, they will get to it when they get to it. I even had our sales rep tell us that installs was very busy so she was not surprised that it has been days without an update….Seriously?

In the end if you want a shower that looks and feels like a cheap hotel shower and don’t mind waiting 6 months to get it, then these are your guys, otherwise I would advise you to RUN AWAY.

From the beginning of this journey the guys at 5 star Bath Solutions all deserve 5 stars!! My initial meeting with Eric to design and plan was great. Lots of fantastic advice and recommendations. Though we hit a few hurdles- issues with the condo- once the job was started it ran smoothly & Craig, Tomasz and Ernie made sure everything was done to the utmost perfect standards. No cutting corners.
Tomasz was our main worker and her was kind, patient & an incredibly hard and diligent worker!! No matter what he came across he explained & made sure it was all done amazing. Craig was great to keep in contact with and always kept me in the loop with proceedings and accommodated my timing.
They also ha e no issues with pets! Poor Tomasz, Ernie & Tom’s cousin - who came to do electrical work were all sniffed every single time by our dog Bailey- but they were all very kind.
Cannot day thank you enough for our new bathrooms! Everyone who has seen my posts on Facebook & Instagram are beyond impressed!

They gutted the whole master bathroom to verify that there was no mould or water problems before they installed their product which gave me a piece of mind that there were not any issues behind the walls. They ensured all my expectations were met which included installing the vanity, vanity sink, vanity mirror, vanity lights, flooring and toilet. They even came back when I needed them to do any necessary fixes in a very short time. I was so pleased with the master bathroom renovation that I am going to have them do the main bathroom renovation in the Spring.
