Had everything lined up to have them come by at 8:30 to do install.
Confirmed night before, everything was a go.
Than was told at 8:45 the next morning that they were going to be late.
When we asked them to be here for the next promise time at 10am they told us to find someone else.
Why promise if your not going to follow through?
Especially since we have everything ready to go. Previous flooring etc removed.

We had water damage on our main floor and had to get it replaced. I remember Ros from when he installed the flooring in our house previously and thought he and his crew did such a great job the first time that I wanted him to do it again.

Ros and the guys came in and removed our old floor and disposed of it and put down the sub-floor all while we were at work and swept everything so that we were not walking in dirt. The next day Ros and his crew came in and sanded everything to make the sub-floor even and over the next day and a half installed our vinyl plank floor, hooked all our appliances back up and cleaned the main floor. The floor was beautiful and we have had no issues with it. The work that Ros does is quick and of high quality. Ros is also a top notch guy and takes the time to listen to your concerns and address them with you. It was a stressful time and Ros made it enjoyable.

I have and will recommend him to any friends in need of flooring work done. I will also certainly use Ros again in the future.
