Scott and his team from Woodland Asset Management had done a marvelous job renovating my condo with professionalism as well as enthusiasm. Being an Interior Designer myself I had quite a bit of different ideas and details that were outside of the standard builder realm, however Scott and his team had collaborated with us along the way and provided solutions and suggestions that align with my vision, budget and timeline. Scott also did an amazing job over seeing the project management aspect of the renovation with superb knowledge in construction and property management, including filing all necessary paper work on my behalf(permit/booking/bylaws), sourcing materials and ensuring his team meeting various milestones which made this renovation one of the most seamless job I have ever done. Highly recommend to home/business owner and will definitely come back to Woodland Asset Management for future jobs.
