Mitchell Construction

This company started off great! I was very happy with the junk removal, interlocking, fence work, etc The projects were done in a timely and appropriate manner given the time of the year. I had a lot of things on my list and they were done beautifully!

The communication was timely, Mitchell was great to work with.

The only thing I was quite upset about was towards the end of the project, it experienced long delays, especially the ASPHALT JOB. It was already November when I realized that it will not get done and it has put me in a rather difficult situation. The communication also worsened a bit.

I had to resort to other contractors, in which they are quoting me a full price, even though there were some stuff that were was done already. (Laying the gravel and letting the ground settle).

At least on the company part, they could have helped me with that transition instead of kind of leaving things up in the air.

Or If they couldn't get the asphalt job done at least give me a heads up so I can move on.

In the meantime, I see that they were completing other projects, while forgetting this one.
