N&N Construction

This company performed the scope in the subcontract on time a with no additional cost. They worked on weekends to help push the overall schedule for the project.

The scope includes:

Doors and Trimworks - $200k
Millwork - $790k
Wood flooring - $65k

Nick was very professional from day1. He was clear about all the changes he was going to do with regards to the flooring. Our condo had parquet floors and we had to change it to laminate. Nick's team was very efficient and got the entire flooring removed so quickly. They did a fantastic job on the flooring. I highly recommend him.

Nick and Leo were fantastic ! So easy to work with, very reasonable and set expectations in advance. They are flexible and willing to what it takes for complete customer satisfaction. We worked with them a few times to problem solve a few areas in our basement to make it more liveable. Both Nick and Leo will not stop until the job is done.
