L&Q ROOFING (Shingles & flat roof)

Last winter we had multiple leaks with our existing roof, which is a very low slope roof, the pitch about 2:12, it is literally less than 10 degrees, almost flat. Our existing roof was only 5 years old and the shingles were still in good shape, but the fact that water stagnant on a flatter surface and has a tendency to go sideways rather than flow freely downward, saying that it was unacceptable to put shingles in the first place, never mind to replace it again. We decided this year it was time to change, so, we had to find a better solution for replacement. I have contacted several roof contractors and got estimations from them. Most of the contractors simply recommended new shingles, it was unacceptable to install shingles again – waste of money. A friend of mine has told me about a roofing contractor who did the roof on his two houses and was always satisfied with L&Q Roofing job quality and price. I myself did a load of research about what roof material will be suitable for our roof design and Frank, the owner of L&Q Roofing, has confirmed our decision to install a flat roof, while he came to assess a job site and to give estimation the same day I contacted him. Soon enough we have scheduled the job and signed the contract, the price was very competitive and we agreed that the deposit will be given only when the crew comes to work and only to cover the cost of the materials. Frank and a crew showed up at our driveway as scheduled and started working immediately. The whole job of removing and disposing of old shingles and underlayment, cleaning and prep of the roof deck and installing of flat roof was done mostly in one day, Frank has come back on a second day to finalize everything and to do a touch-up. The whole job was done professionally in an efficient and orderly manner. Now we have a brand new roof which comes with 10 years transferable warranty. Almost forgot to mention, the guys also have installed two additional downspouts at no cost to us. Last but not least, our property was cleaned thoroughly; nothing was broken or damaged in my wife’s garden and flowerbeds. Overall we are very pleased with the whole job and with Frank’s professional approach and nice personality, professional, excellent workmanship all for a very fair price. I would recommend to everyone who is planning to change their roof, especially if it's a low slope roof, use L&Q Roofing, the guys are real professionals. You will not be disappointed!
