I had them fix a basement leak and at the same time refinish my basement. Sam came right after we agreed to the job to fix the leak to stop any further damage. The whole project started in February as promised. They worked 10 hours day continuous for two weeks to finish my project. The project includes, ripping out and replace damaged dry wall, insulation, bathroom door frame, and part of the raised subfloor, ripping out all old carpet, replacing with new modern vinyl flooring, replacing all baseboard and quarter round, put in new hardwood stairs to basement, repaint entire basement, upgrading some bathroom accessories in basement bathroom and repaint main floor dinning room. First thing they did when they come was to install floor protector all along the walkway to the basement to keep my main floor flooring clean and undamaged. They vacuum and mop the main floor everyday after they finish. They pay very good attention to all details, sanding and smoothing out any dents and dimples (even for hard to seen ones) before painting. Overall, a job very well done and I am very satisfied. Their price is also very reasonable.
