We obtained a few estimates for fixing our heavy garage door's broken counterweight springs. Comfort's estimate was competitive and prompt. The Technician was very pleasant and showed up on time. He was professional, approachable, polite, communicated well, seemed knowledgeable and quite experienced.
Repair was satisfactory...post-repair check was good, answered my questions well, and the post-repair follow-up response was also prompt, as well.
