ADR sent a repair guy who refused to wear a mask inspire of my request saying he is not wearing mask when he works in garages. He identified the problem and replaced parts and charged me $300. Door issue continued within two months so called ADR to report. The lady who answered my call doesn't know 'customer service' at all and started yelling without listening even giving me a chance to talk. She was trying to convince me that the issue is not related to the work they did. Utterly defensive talk. Finally, agreed to send another guy and gave me a two hour window. But nobody show up. Never call this company for your garage door issue. In utter disappointment I made a complaint against this company to Consumer Services Ontario.
