Horrible experience! Unprofessional, inexperience in Canadian building codes, hidden fees, misleading in communications. They asked for 10% deposit before providing the contract. When requested for reimbursement, They withheld the money. It's been over a month and we have not yet been fully reimbursed!
Please do yourself a favor and avoid dealing with this company.

SMKA renovated my entire condo. Had some partition walls removed, electrical removed, new electrical wiring, entire waahroom, new spot lights installed, complicated chandelier which turned out beautiful, removed popcorn ceiling, and painted entire condo. They did a fantastic job

SMKA team is the team I needed to proceed with my major renovation. I have contracted SMKA Contracting to change my main floor layout and this including structural changes, this was major renovation project for me. They worked off the engineer plans and they converted my main floor to an open concept. Very nice team and they know what to do.

Splendid work. Did what i wanted completly and perfected their work. Took their time with me to understand what i want and to get my vision. I am completely satisfied. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Morad and his team are very professional company. They have helped me in making many decisions about my house. The team was very productive and polite. They have finish renovating major parts in my house, Washrooms, kitchen, cold room, and refresh the painting of the house. I highly recommend this company for future clients.

They installed plumbing for 2 tubs, finished my washroom, laminate flooring, vinyl flooring, dry walking wallpaper! Excellent work.

They did amazing work at my condo (Reno, including complete reno of washroom, re&re kitchen tile, removal of popcorn ceiling), the construction process went smooth and fast, very good company.
