New 240v circuit for electric fireplace and LED potlights
I'd highly recommend EDM construction for your electrical/lighting work! Travis was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. He always responded very fast and provided fair quotes. Travis was very accommodating to my schedule (i.e., weekend).
Travis has helped with two projects in my home:
1) Adding a new 240V circuit for an electric fireplace (I have a modern 3-story townhouse with no unfinished areas, but he was able to fish the wire discretely); and
2) Adding interior LED pot lights to the first floor. The pot lights on my 2nd floor are from the builder and they costed a fortune, but the pot lights Travis installed are a lot nicer (and cheaper). He used slim LED pot lights which look very sleek/modern.
Everything was fully licensed and certified. An electrical safety inspector came by and provided a certificate. He was impressed with the wiring for the new circuit (given the location of the fireplace and no unfinished areas).
Travis also visited my condo because I wanted to improve the lighting and provided some advice (since I had concrete ceilings).
