Furnace/AC Replacement, and later Tankless Water Heater
When my water heater broke, Sam responded right away and answered my questions about possible replacements, even when my rental company had not yet assessed the heater. After the heater was declared irreparable by the rental company, Sam sent a team the next day to come help us install a tankless water heater. The team was efficient, clean and neat in their install.
Sam also helped me replace my furnace and AC in November with a heatpump/furnace combo. He patiently answered all my questions and provided guidance through the green rebate program. I'm very satisfied with the service from Eco Star and really felt cared for as a customer. Recommended!
