Called Icon as I had been hearing noises in my wall/floors for a week and today the noise was clearly an animal running through my inner walls. They came by within the hour after my call with a team of 2 and assessed my situation and showed me the pictures of the damage and went through the work they would do to remedy the issue. I was satisfied with the explanation and they ended up installing a one way door for the squirrel and installed a mesh cage around the point of entry. Other vents and other possible entrances to the house were also sealed with the job. They had also taken the time to check my attic to make sure mice were not my issue as there were some signs of mice dropping near my chimney hole.
Overall I was definitely happy with the work and speed, they were out of here within 90 mins of completing the work, kudos to Ali and his partner.
Also they had found carpenter bees in my roof point of entry and sprayed the nest as they had discovered after starting work.
