Terrible Experience with Bertino Kitchens

We recently had a disastrous encounter with Bertino Kitchens and felt compelled to share our experience. As the owners of Toronto Granite, our company was hired by Bertino Kitchens to fabricate countertops for two of their clients. However, to our utter dismay, Bertino Kitchens have failed to pay the bill for our services and have now vanished into thin air. Neither Bertino nor Cheryl can be reached, and it is disheartening to encounter such dishonesty.

It is truly disappointing to come across individuals who conduct business in such an unethical manner. Not only did they fail to fulfill their financial obligations as a business, but they also disappeared without any communication or attempt to resolve the matter. This level of irresponsibility and disregard for professional relationships is unacceptable.

Due to their lack of integrity, we have no choice but to pursue legal action against Bertino Kitchens. We are currently in the process of filing a small claims court case to seek the compensation that is rightfully owed to our company. This situation has caused unnecessary stress, financial strain, and wasted time that could have been dedicated to serving other clients.

I strongly advise anyone considering working with Bertino Kitchens to reconsider. It is evident that they cannot be trusted, and their actions demonstrate a complete lack of professionalism. It is essential to support businesses that prioritize integrity and maintain healthy relationships with their partners and suppliers.
