Having used TickTockTech several times in the past, having been very satisfied, we called for help with an IPhone. Specifically asked for someone familiar with IPhone and email on it - was promised a tech who would get the job done. The tech who arrived, stated that he did not use IPhone, and didn't like it. He played with the phone for an hour, it seemed to be working as wanted, however, my husband is the user and is in the hospital, so would not know for sure until he had it back - I have NO experience with IPhone, could only go with what the tech showed me. At the end of the day, it is not working as wanted. Very disappointed with the results of a $100 visit!!!
