Fresh Air Abatement Company

We had 8 floor vents that had asbestos containing boot wrap. I contacted Garry because I needed it removed prior to having my existing floor ripped out. I needed the work done fairly quickly and he was able to accommodate for a Friday afternoon (I called him the day before). Each vent was fully contained in order to do the work safely. 3 of the vents were over an unfinished part of the basement and so he had bags in the basement ceiling to ensure any small traces were captured from below. I put in a quote request for mold removal on Thursday night, Gary called me and offered to come out that night to give me a quote. His quote was significantly less than his competitors, and he was came out that Sunday to do the work. The work was done in about 2-2.5 hours. Very passionate about his work, and professional too.

Garry and his team were the best to deal with, they did exactly what they said they would do. They were on time, worked hard and got the job done quickly as we were on a time constraint. Even though there are a lot steps in removing Asbestos they were very efficient.
The site was clean and the air quality test came back quickly and passed no problem.

I was very pleased with the work that was completed. The team assessed the basement very quickly and they were able to tell me the issues. The asbestos was removed and they basement looks like there was never any work complete. The service was fast, efficient and professional. The cost was reasonable for the amount of work that was complete. I would definitely recommend Fresh Air Abatement.

The work was done in a timely manner. Also did a very good job. There was a strong smell from chemical but went away in a few days. Would recommend Gerrard to any friends or family, was reasonable in price. Thank you.

I put in a request for an abatement contractor on HomeStars. I received a quotation from Fresh Air and Garry was very helpful. He came over the same day and collected samples and had results for me the next day.

I was lucky, most of the tests came back with no signs of any designated substances. There were however some vinyl tiles that had a low amount to which Fresh Air gave me a good price for abatement.

Their abatement work was quick and as per guidelines. They cleaned up after they were done and did a good job at it.

Asbestos testing with Gary who was very prompt and responsive. Took time to explain and gave me some options. Appreciated the time he took to work with me even though it was a fairly quick job.

Gary was the first to respond to my inquiry on Homestars, the first to come for a free consultation, which was only a few hours after I initially spoke with him. He thoroughly explained the different kids of moulds, the process to remove, and the the steps he would take to ensure that everything would be removed in a responsible manner.
Upon deciding on a price, Gary started the work the same night with minimal deposit and finished the work on time as promised. He sent me pictures before and throughout the time he was working in my basement. His work was immaculate and he left everything clean and proper.

I paid 10% upfront and remaining after all the work was finished and inspected by me.

I still haven't heard from any other vendor so I would definitely call Gary and his team again. I will highly recommend him to all my friends and family and any looking for professional, courteous and affordable service.
