Hot Water Tank Replacement

I submitted a request for work on HomeStars Saturday afternoon at about 1:30 & I immediately received a response from John @ Blackjack HVAC. The job wasn't an emergency, but it was definitely treated like one! By 7:30pm on a Saturday evening, 4 days away from Christmas, the job was completed. Landon, the tech that completed the job was on time, professional, knowledgable & courteous.

Further to the above & before I committed to the job, John took the time to explain to me over the phone the differences between water heaters, and why they would install the one they did.

Overall the price charged was reasonable & the level of service was excellent. I would definitely recommend Blackjack HVAC for a water heater replacement.
