Jack was technician that did the work, came when we called and got the job gone quickly. He changed spring, brackets, pulley lifter cables and adjusted the door speed. Very polite guy and works hard.

Garage door now came out immediately when I called about my garage door that was dragging at the side. They had all the parts on hand and were able to fix the door on the spot within an hour.

The garage door is quite old and needs a lot of work. They changed some of the rollers, reset tension on the springs and installed new cables.

I think that you could go to the store and buy the parts yourself to do the job, but it's the expertise that is missing when they setup everything, set the tension on the cables properly and the motion of the garage door. Also, they guarantee their work for 5 years, if something happens just call them back. That's the real benefit!
