Super polite, friendly, but I had to get another company to redo their job

Super nice guys. Got the job done, stuck to their original quote even though I believe it ended up being a little over. No issues, great guys.
My problem was the sparrows returned and actually nested between the bird spikes they put up. I messaged them about the problem using the number they'd previously contacted me with but got no response.
In the end, I hired another pest control company who informed me they shouldn't have used the regular spikes for small birds, because they just nest between them. They tore out the spikes and put up a black mesh/net instead to fix the problem.
