They installed radon mitigation very cleanly, finding a way to make it fit in a relatively crowded utility room. The technician walked me through the system, how it works, what he tested during the installation to ensure it is working. They were respectful of keeping the door closed to keep my cats indoors, and did an amazing job cleaning up at the end. I definitely recommend them!

We moved into a new house last year and found our Radon levels were very high (350-500 Bq/m3), versus WHO recommended levels of < 100 Bq/m3. Great West Radon did an excellent job of installing a radon mitigation system in our house, sealing all major gaps in our 70s home with the appropriate material (e.g., concrete, poly, caulking) to create adequate negative pressure. Within 48 hours we went from >200 Bq/m3 to <20 Bq/m3! We finally feel safe in our basement again.

Excellent in all respects. Prompt response coming to our house to assess our radon situation. Troy and assistant arrived on the installation date shortly before the appointed time of 8:30 AM. Installation carried out in efficient, neat, tidy and professional fashion. After a tip from our home inspector to look into Radon levels we completed a long-term study and found the 3-month average in our house was around 600 Bq/m3. We decided to hire Great West Radon to work on a mitigation.
The team assessed our basement for best placement of the sub-slab depressurization system. They drilled several tiny holes into the concrete floor throughout the house and used a suction measurement device to confirm that the chosen location would work and the device would be able to depressurize the whole sub-slab surface, and to measure what size of fan they will have to install. Afterwards they filled the holes and installed the device and pipes routing to outside the house.
The whole process took around 3 or 4 hours and was done very professionally. All our questions were answered patiently.
The Radon levels throughout the house are now averaging below 20 Bq/m3.

I used Great West Radon for my own personal home. The team where great, professional, friendly and efficient. The diagnostics and installation all went smoothly. There was virtually no dust even during the drilling thanks to drilling attachments that contain and clean as they go. Even drilling from the outside to in was a breeze thanks to modern technology. The finished system is quiet, neat and in less than 24 hours my radon numbers have plummeted and continue to drop.
