Iavor was really meticulous and thorough with our renovation. We decided to renovate the kitchen, main bathroom and do some plaster work throughout the house. When Iavor encountered a problem (old house) he immediately let me know and was already working on a solution that was aesthetically in keeping with the home and did not break the bank. He was very conscientious of our overall budget and worked very hard to stay within it. It was my requests/changes that increased the budget, not Iavor!

Iavor re-sealed a portion of the flat roof and caulked under the doorway. Water was leaking in and damaging the ceiling in the living-room.
I am very satisfied with Iavor’s approach to the problem and also the charge for this service.

Yavor's company Clean Build performed the demolition, waterproofing, and renovation of our basement. Yavor was very involved throughout the whole process, and made sure that we were kept updated on the progress from start to finish. The project took a little longer to complete from the initial time estimate, and came 10% over budget, which was discussed at the beginning. During the time crunch Yavor and his crew stayed longer hours, in order to make up time, and try and finish as close to the original deadline as possible. The end product was exactly as we envisioned it, with a few extra touches that made space look amazing. We are very happy with the services and execution Clean Build provided, and we would love to have them work on our home again.

My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of work received on our new home in Grassie, Ont.
Yavor installed the floor trusses and worked on the framing, roof trusses, windows install, house wrap including 1" insulation and outside wood siding. All aspects of the work provided were finished in a very timely fashion with great attention to detail. We are very thankful for his dedicated work ethic during a very cold and windy winter build.

Yavor designed and rebuilt my clinic (floors; walls; bathroom) in 7 days! It went from being a mess of different types of flooring/old drywall (with holes) to a new tiled (recycled limestone) floor and clean sheet rock. He was professional; efficient; cost conscious (worked with me on how to build a quality Reno without costing an arm and a leg) and was conscious of my wanting to avoid chemicals/solvents/materials that weren’t healthy/eco conscious.
