Falcon flooring and stairs

I had a 12/10 experience working with both Mehmet & John from Falcon Flooring. I contacted them directly via their website and the response was within 5 days...not 5 business days but 5 calendar days. Lately trying to get someone to call or email you back is next to impossible! So I was pleased to connect with someone and outline my project.

I replaced 13 year old carpet on the second floor 4 rooms and hallway, with engineered hardwood. The flooring was purchased and installed through Falcon, but the gym mats I had purchased from another vendor prior. The installation of the hardwood took 1 whole day! Falcon had a whole team of professional at my house early Monday morning and by 5pm it was DONE! The entire team had a flawless system of communication and tackling each room separately yet coming together seamlessly. It was magical. They handled all my furniture with the upmost care. Communicated every step throughout. Stablized the subfloor, cleaned up everything and left me with beautifully installed hardwood floor.

Because all furniture was in the gym room, they returned less than 2 weeks later to complete the installation of that as well. I absolutely love their work, and I cannot speak highly enough about them!
