I was worried my water was too hard, and indeed it was, but also worried about kidney stones, so we had a softener and RO system installed. Amazing service and response. Had to get my filters replaced after the first 6 months since the installation. As promised, I was serviced and educated well on how to replace the filter and was also given replenishments for another few years. I'm totally satisfied with the water quality and its worth the investment imho.

Had the Water System now for 6mths. Mistakenly thought there was an issue, they came all the way out to my home in Ramara in the blowing snow...only to find out it was not the System but our sump pump causing the issue. Just such great customer service from these guys.

Great service and very professional installation. Hassan provided great installation and post installation supper as well. He is always a text away when needed. Received enough supplies for next few years and we love this water purifier system. Definitely would recommend this company.
