I hired Drain Express to help me remodel my 16 yo condo. Walter was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in determining the best approach to the remodel that balanced finances and COVID supply issues to ensure a timely renovation. There was also a complicated shower upgrade that Drain Express was able to address without a costly gut job. During the process of the renovation, he had great suggestions for improvements to the condo and ways of keeping the project in budget to address them. After the work was completed, Walter was open to feedback on the quality of the work and immediately addressed any questions and concerns that we had to ensure our satisfaction.
