Great experience with 911 Appliences repair services. Our dryer stopped working and Eugeny had answered immediately and after asking for a model and nature of the problem had scheduled a visit later on the same day. By the end of the day problem was fixed. In addition to outstanding professional service, Eugeny was very approachable and answered all questions we had in regards to appliances. He also explained why it is important to do annual maintenance of a dryer to prevent potential fire, something we were never told by manufacturer or reseller.

My microwave broke and they were the only ones willing to even look at fixing it. My call was immediately answered, an appointment booked for later that afternoon, and my microwave was fixed in less than 2 days. It was easy communication with texting and I am so happy my problem was solved for under $300 instead of having to buy a brand new unit.

Great experience with 911 Appliance! Evgeny was very professional and courteous. The connections on our old appliance were Ina different location so he had to drill new openings and even discovered a new water line to connect it we didn't know existed. Job well done; we're very happy.

Evgeny was honest and reliable and fixed my issue within minutes! Highly recommend Evengys service! He came in for diagnostics, which we thought would require my washing machines drain pump to be completely replaced, however, he was honest and cleaned the existing drain pump to find that it didnt need to be replaced.
