We had another person repair our dryer (who was terrible) and while fixing the dryer (and overcharging us) he did something to the water pipe going into our washing machine causing a huge leak. We called Evgeny and he came within an hour, spent several hours fixing the leak and solving the problem. He was honest, professional and prompt. This was our second time using him and we will not call anyone else in the future. Thanks!

The fridge in our guest suite stopped working. I called one company I found online out, but they were a disaster. Then I looked on Homestars and found 911ApplianceRepairService. Two fridges were having trouble - Evgeny fixed both effectively - needed one part for one job, and he economically obtained it. Very timely and prompt, and a pleasure to deal with him. No attempt at up-sell or extras - in fact it was clear he was trying to same me money!

Evgeny quickly responded to my inquiry provided ballpark estimate and when i confirmed, he came right away and did the job . He checked issue, went out to get parts and repaired on same day. He was honest to recommend what parts to change and what not. I did not watch what he's doing but he took pictures of inside of machine after he cleaned and repaired and presented to me. Evgeny did a magnificent job repairing my Samsung dryer. He is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Not only did he quickly diagnose the problem but he made sure to show me exactly what was causing my dryer to make hideous scraping/clunking noises. Even though he found only one broken drum roller (the others were in fairly good condition), he discussed with me the pros and cons of replacing only one OR replacing all of the drum rollers. I appreciate his honest opinion and advice. I opted for replacement of all of them since it would only be a matter of time before any one or all of the remaining drum rollers will begin to fail.

Evgeny said he would be here between 9 and 10 on Saturday. 9 am our doorbell rang. 10:30 he was done and our dishwasher no longer leaks all over the floor, while the dryer actually dries again. Top notch service!
