Want to highly recommend this kind sirs business for appliance repair. My refridgerator was not keeping food cold and i was calling around and no one could come to fix it for up to 2 weeks!! Who can go without a fridge for more than 24 hours. He has a 911 appliance repair service and it’s even in the name of his website. He was here within 6 or so hours and set a time that fit with my work schedule. His cost is very reasonable and he seems to have the customers needs as a top priority. Read his reviews, you won’t be disappointed.

Tenant's older LG washing machine door stopped shutting properly. Evgeny promptly answered my request for assistance, purchased the required part (door lock mechanism) the next morning and completed the repair that day. Good service, efficient, high quality. Will use again.

Evgeny showed up when he was supposed to, gave me a heads up before arrival, was very professional and best of all knew his products in and out. He diagnosed a common problem with my washer instantly, ordered the part and showed up the day the part arrived to minimize my inconvenience. Truly an expert at what he does.

Our fridge somehow ended up crashing and burning within 2 months of purchasing it. We quickly called Eugene to help take a diagnostic and see if it was salvageable. To our happiness Eugene quickly came (within 48 hours) and told us that he can find the lart. Although it was a strange design for the fridge and Eugene expressed that it was a weird design and completely poorly installed he was able to confidently complete the task, fix our fridge and the cost was amazing! He was very on top of his task and he kept is updated. He explained the problem and he assured us that he would help us if anything else goes wrong. So far fridge is running better than before! I am saving his number and recommending him to everyone! Honest prices and very reliable.

Evgeny was fast and efficient; very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I had ordered a new dishwasher for a condo that I'm renting out and was not sure when the delivery would happen and how to coordinate the installation since the store not providing that service. Evgeny was able to arrive right after the delivery on Saturday, do the install and clean up quickly, safely, and with a minimum of fuss. Communication was great and the fee was fair. I'm very pleased, and so are the tenants.
