Evgeny was simply the best! He responded quickly, arrived promptly, was polite, friendly and courteous. When he worked on my freezer it was clear that he was experienced, efficient and knowledgeable. I had had another company about six months prior because of the same noise and that company charged an outrageous amount and told me if it happened again I'd need a $610 part. Evgeny took the freezer apart, checked everything, and assured me that there was absolutely nothing wrong - too much warm air had gotten in and formed ice close to the fan which made the noise. I would recommend Evgeny to anyone for any appliance.

Evgeny of 911 Appliance Repair Services, came as advertised. He was most professional, knowledgeable, and respectful towards my home and appliances. When I called him and told him what my problem was with my wall oven, he ordered the part, and told me he would contact me once the part was in, and would then schedule a time to come and replace the part. That is exactly what he in fact did. He kept me up to date re process of part being ordered, and texted me when he would be at my home. He was patient and made sure my wall oven was functioning perfectly before he left. Knowledgeable and respectful service people are hard to find....Evgeny is one of the few!

Evgeny scheduled his visit for the same day as my call. He diagnosed and fixed our bad condenser right away. The next day, everything was cold, but the ice maker no longer worked.
