We had eight drafty old windows and a sliding door replaced by Victoria Windows. The pricing was very competitive with other companies that gave quotes. Vlad (estimator/installer) was very diligent with his measuring of the existing openings to make sure the new vinyl windows fit perfectly. We had a beautiful picture window added and Vlad was very patient in getting it exactly as we wanted.
The work also included caulking all the existing windows by removing all the frames and re-caulking to ensure all windows were airtight and then attaching all the frames back.
When the team arrived they took care in getting the work done and did a great job cleaning up. Thanks to Vlad and his crew who worked pleasantly and efficiently in cold, cold weather. The windows were tested for correct operation, ensured were an airtight fit and the glass was cleaned.
Vlad and his crew did an excellent job....I was very impressed. Overall a great experience working with Victoria Windows and I would highly recommend them.
