The contractor/owner provided a more than reasonable quote (which was significantly less than the other quotes I had received). And provided it within a reasonable time frame.
The fencing and gates I had were original to the house, which is over 40 years old. So, my fence was leaning and a hazard.
I live in the corner house on my street, and I have quite a large yard. So, it quite easily gets seen.
I haven't had ANY issues with leaning. And the gates work perfectly. And the fencing is perfectly straight.
I still get compliments and questions on who we hired to build the fence. Even over a year later!
The owner contacted me recently, just to make sure that I was still satisfied with the job that was done, and if there were any issues. (During installation, we discovered that the back portion of my backyard was actually partially clay, which was tricky. But the owner was very knowledgeable about how and what to do in these situations)
I have suggested/recommended him to my neighbours and friends, and they have hired him with zero issues or problems.
The owner is VERY easygoing.
