We absolutely loved working with Shaun and his team from start to finish.

We reached out to him when we wanted to renovate an upstairs bathroom. He came out within a couple of days to have a look at the space we were renovating and discuss our ideas for the project. Following the visit he was able to give us a detailed estimate that worked well within our budget. He was able to start work within a couple of weeks, and it took exactly the amount of time he estimated.

Shaun and his team were always friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. We loved having full control of design decisions, but Shaun was always willing to give great recommendations or suggestions if we werent sure.

We were really impressed with the level of craftsmanship and thought they put into the work, and we absolutely love our new bathroom. We will definitely be contacting Shaun for all future renovation projects!

In 2017 we needed to replace our flat roof over the garage and hired CCS to replace the old wood balcony over the roof with a composite deck. They did a beautiful job, the deck is well supported and solid, the composite looks amazing with a 2 toned pattern and was finished off with a modern black aluminum railing. Four years later and it still looks brand new, so happy with the quality of work!

Shaun and his team came in and finished both of my projects in record time and on budget. The workers were very respectful while working inside my home. Worksite was cleaned up daily (or at least as clean as a renovation project can be). Quality work. Will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

Shaun and his team renovated our laundry room and did an awesome job! We needed to update the appliances and brighten up the space as well as move the vent location and an electrical socket. Shaun and his team were professional, efficient and detail oriented and we’re thrilled with the results.

We have been using Custom Contracting Services for over 10 years now, and Shaun and his crew are a pleasure to deal with! I appreciate how Shaun works with you to understand what you are looking for, offer ideas and suggestions, and customize each project so the result is just as you visioned. We hired CCS to renovate our master bathroom in 2019, which was a complete gut job. This took around 6 weeks to complete given the size of the bathroom and the scale of what we wanted done. We were impressed from start to finish, the crew was respectful, put down floor protection where they were walking in and out, and always cleaned up at the end of each day. The end result of our master bathroom was breathtaking and even better than we had imagined it! They installed a floating double vanity with motion sensored accent lighting underneath, heated towel rack and floors, a corner accent wall with built in electric fireplace and stone facing, standalone tub with floor faucet, and a custom built shower with a rainfall feature and full glass enclosure. It is now our favorite room in the house, and was all customized and well planned and executed by Shaun and his team. Would highly recommend CCS!!
