My family is very pleased with how professional Alex handled our raccoon situation, even though the problem was located to be on the neighbors roof. He was able to do a same day service where all the other companies were going to come out 2-3 days just to do an estimate. I know our situation was not the greatest when it came down to dealing with the neighbors; but he handled it like a Champ. WE HIGHLY Recommend him.
