Alex and his team did an impeccable job replacing our basement flooring and repairing damaged drywall and pillar after extensive flooding. Alex was very easy to get in touch with. The team was extremely efficient but also very thorough and did top quality work. Would not hesitate to hire him again.

We received 4 quotes in total for a 1000 sq ft basement reno including a full bathroom. RenoSmart was recommended to me by a work colleague that had used them previously and their quote was much more reasonable than the other 3 we received, which helped us easily make the choice.

Alex and his team were great for our first minor home reno. We had an ugly old shower with irreparable features that RenoSmart converted into a beautiful bathtub with tiled walls. Alex did an outstanding job, not only with the project as a whole but with the little details as well; such as, cleaning up every day after the team was finished, walking us through the bathtub and tiling options, and integrating our reno with the other half of our bathroom. Our expectations were met and exceeded and we will not hesitate to contact RenoSmart when we decide to reno the rest of the main bathroom and our powder room.

Alex and team remodeled three bathrooms in our house in the last few months. They're super efficient, respectful, meticulous and hardworking. They do a very clean and quiet job with no disruption to our day to day which is very important while a whole family lives in the house. Alex and his team are amazing and very pleasant to deal with! They are professional, and deliver a high quality work with a great precision and attention to the details. On time! The team changed my flooring on the main floor, replaced baseboards, painted walls, replaced my door handles, hinges, mirrors, installed custom shelf and reversed the door. They installed absolutely stunning kitchen floor and backsplash, and connected my dishwasher. Love my house! Have more projects planned with them. I highly recommend Renosmart!

We hired Alex to finish the major part of our basement. The work also included replacing the stairs and the basement windows. The quality of the work was second to none, the drywall/painter (Mike) was very detail oriented and the final result look great. Alex was very flexible with the small changes we requested during the project and was very proactive to have us select the flooring, paint colour and other finishing so that the project stayed on time and budget. The project was about 2 month duration and the team were very professional, respectful, and did their best to be as non-disruptive as possible.
