After Saif's successful renovation of the main floor of my townhouse in June 2020, I contracted his services again to renovate the second and third floor in April 2022.

This involved a full gut of the main bathroom, removing the carpet throughout bedrooms & hall, installing engineered laminate and closing in the vaulted ceiling between the two floors to create additional usable space. The last part was a BIG project!

The total project took about four weeks and everything was completed as promised. I love my fully renovated townhouse and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Saif's service to anyone.

I ordered custom cabinets for this project from Kleinburg. Halfway through the project my GC let me down and I was left with an unfinished project and no tiler or plumber. Saif from Kleinburg stepped up and got me some his trusted trades people at short notice to save the project. The result was better than expected and I am so thankful that Saif went above and beyond! Saif and his team did a kitchen and living room reno for us. The work included new cabinets, tile floor, tile backsplash, quartz countertops, new laminate flooring (living room), installation of pot lights and removal of stucco ceiling and complete paint job of living room and stairwell. They did a terrific job. The craftsmanship is paramount and Saif was helpful and responsive throughout the process.
