After much searching and being declined by others because I am in a condo, Mark answered his phone and said he would be over in an hour. His concern was dryer fire and did not want me to wait any longer. He showed up, answered my questions, and showed me exactly what he was doing. Not only did he clean out the vent, he cleaned my dryer and the fan as well. He did not rush the job. Thank you again.
