I recently had an EV charger installed by MDC Electric. David was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to provide helpful information regarding charger installations, keeping me in the loop for the entire process. He was professional and I would highly recommend MDC to anyone contemplating installing a charger.

David is incredibly professional, communicative, friendly and skilled at his trade. He did a fantastic job with the installation of a Tesla Wall Charger on the exterior of the home. Super clean job both inside and outside. He kept me aware of every step from initial discussions, the day of the job, and ESA inspections following the install. MDC Electric installed EV Charger and 6 gauge teck90 cable back to main panel with 2 Pole 60 Amp breakers (set to 40 Amp due to smaller 100 Amp house panel). Tesla went from 7 km/hr charge (using 110v outlet in garage) to 60 km/hr (using new EV Charger). Charger bought separately via Tesla. Electrical safety permit (by City) was included in MDC Electric's costs. Thanks MDC Electric. Looks great.

David installed 2 EV chargers (ChargePoint Home Flex and Tesla Wall Connector) and a 100A sub-panel in our garage - super neat job. He was extremely responsive, accommodating and professional throughout the entire process, got it all done in one day and not a trace of dust or anything out of place afterwards.

Was in the market of installing a Tesla wall charger. Went through the Tesla recommended electricians and received 3 quotes. The other two companies, although much cheaper, did not want to explain or speak about the quotes to answer any questions I had. David on the other hand was extremely patient with me throughout the process and answered every question I had in detail, and ran through technical details with me in plain English regarding what we could do and how he was going to do it.

Got everything in writing, a nicely done contract. Was on time and communication was flawless along the way.

He setup his own workstation where it was nice and neat, which is a rarity in this business. Along the way, he was meticulous and cleaned up immediately after himself.

After installation, ran me through the setup, and some tips. Set up the ESA inspection and quickly received a pass the day after.
