They truly have customer service in mind. We replaced our guest bath & laundry room floor from linoleum to vinyl plank flooring. The entire process from estimating, scheduling & install was smooth. They provided a reasonable suggestion to use vinyl plank instead of tile and Kevin was on top of the schedule and very responsive when we had questions. They also were able to get our job scheduled within a matter of days vs. waiting weeks. Excellent customer service!
