Mike and John did a terrific job.
We had to get a portion of our eaves replaced. The replaced eaves looks really good. They also installed a leaf screen. They were very neat and made sure they didn't leave anything behind. When calling Hermans it can take several days for them to get back to you but it is well worth the wait. We will definitely call them again when we need more work done.

We recommend you do not use this organization. They do not honour their contractual commitments. They use Vinylbilt windows and the colour fades after a very short time. They were notified within the warranty period and have given us the run around for almost 2 years.

We hired Herman's Home Team, based out of Norval, to replace all of our windows and our patio door. We chose Herman's after having 3 other companies provide us with quotes. Herman's quote was quite a bit lower in price than the other companies, and provided the written quote within 24 hours, unlike the others, who I had to either chase down for 2 weeks to recieve or was told "buy today or the deal is gone". Any changes we decided on were updated and emailed back within 24 hours and all questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. We were kept informed of the process every step of the way. Herman's entire team is very knowledgeable about all of their products. The other companies we had quotes from informed us our patio door was a special order due to its size, but Herman's assured us our door was actually a standard size, which saved us thousands of dollars. On installation days, the crew was punctual, respectful of our home, friendly, took their time to do quality work, and cleaned up after they were finished (both inside and out), and took away all the garbage and old windows! The whole job was completed within a week, including all of the finishing work. They even did the flashing on the lintels and decorative pieces above the windows to make them match our new windows. We are so thrilled with our experience and are so happy with choosing Herman's. We recommend them to everyone!!
