Very easy to work with. Gary came to our home twice with samples. I had originally chosen vinyl plank, unfortunately floor leveling took that out of my price range. Gary graciously returned with carpet samples. New flooring was chosen and ordered. I also requested carpet removal less than 48 hours before the carpet was to be laid, and was accommodated, and not made to feel like this was a problem. I am very pleased with the results.

We needed to replace our old wall to wall carpet and floor tiles in our condo unit. And, the job had to be done while the unit was completely furnished. Gary measured, brought tile/hardwood samples and provided a complete quote (including furniture moving around the rooms) that was marginally less than a competitor. Job as completed satisfactorily on time and budget. We probably could have had the work done cheaper by one of the "big box" stores, but we paid for (and received) a quality result from Gary.

I needed flexiblity in the installation of the flooring and Donna and Gary delivered. They were very easy to work with and very responsive. Their installation team were great, efficient & friendly. My floors look fabulous!

Removed all my tile, took out all my carpet, then replaced it all with top quality vinyl plank. I was very pleased with the results. The job took longer than planned because they had to work around all my stuff and the cement under the tiles was hard to make level. They were polite and did good work.

Remove ceramic tiles in the front foyer, kitchen, main washroom, and around the fireplace. Then replace with new tiles.
What impressed me the most was that after the tiler installed the tiles in front of the fireplace, he then realized that his leveled tiles were not going to be even wit the uneven carpeting. So he removed the tiles and reinstalled them so that they were even with the uneven carpet, thus making the carpet and tiles look even. Brilliant. Very professional.
