Chad installed under-cabinet lighting in my pre-existing kitchen. It was expensive and I was a bit taken aback when he asked to be paid in cash. I was delighted with the result. Then after only 8 months, 2 of the 6 units went dead. I contacted him and he responded, asking for photos. That was weeks ago and I have not heard another word from him. Not one word. I have been trying to get him to come over to fix this problem for 6 weeks now. He totally ignores me. Now I have to find another electrician to deal with this. Chad may know how to be an electrician but he knows nothing about customer support. His failure to respond to me is not only
rude, it is unforgivable and unprofessional. I would never recommend him to anyone. I am frustrated and furious.
Update: Another electrician came. He solved the problem in minutes by simply tightening the connections. He noted that Chad’s work was sloppy and that this definitely was not a $1000 job. Chad could have fixed this in 5 minutes but chose to ignore me. Terrible work and terrible service.
