I am very satisfied with the work and professionalism. The gentleman came promptly, was very courteous, and diligent in his work. He was able to troubleshoot the problem without any hassles. My vertical blinds are 11 years old and would not rotate at all and made significant noise and when trying to do so initially, saved me from having to replace the entire unit! thank you
