Both the gentle man did our system on Concession 8 Cameras. Super smart, intelligent and patient. I couldn't be happier with the work they did. They took the time to teach me the system (NVR). My situation: I recently had new windows and doors installed by window contractor who disconnected my home alarm system, so the wires from the previous alarm system were left aside. I needed these wires to be reconnected again to re-install my existing home security alarm. This is where wysLink via Homestars came in handy.

Homestars: I reached out to over 12 contractors on the site and spoke to several of them via messages on the platform and over the phone. My keypad at the main entrance was intact / operable and the lockbox in the basement didn't need to be touched either. I booked through Kevin over the weekend and had Mike come in on the following Monday. The two installers came in, had a quick look and test of all four zones and began re-installing the connectors, using the existing wires left behind from the window contractors. Whether the wires were short or long, wysLink was able to get the job done and done very quick and professionally. Mike and co-worker were in and out within 30 minutes. They installed 6 ip cameras with recorder. They did a professional job with running the wires hidden inside the walls ! They set up the cameras on my smart phone and my wife's. now we can watch outside of the house on our cell Phone from anywhere in the world. They also connected the system To my TV. I am very pleased with the quality of the cameras, the installation, trainjng and surprisingly low price. Very friedly people !

The installed workers are very skilled, professional and quick. I am very happy with their job. My beautiful house is with finished basement, they did the job without any exposed wires inside and outside. They installed four cameras and an NVR for me in about 6 hours. They cleaned the house before they left.
