JNJ - Shawn - has yet again outdone himself. This is the second full system I have purchased and had installed - softener, carbon filter and reverse osmosis systems. This is a must for city systems in areas with hard water and heavy chlorine use. Thanks to Shawn and Christa for coming over to install our new water softner. They went above and beyond and helped me change the filter on my water system as it was closed really tight and clear my lines.
