Our townhouse renovation project included replacing a storm door, side window and entry door, installing new flooring, replacing all interior doors, baseboards and window trim, moving one interior wall, building new master bedroom closet and storage closet, updating electricals and installing pot lights, removing popcorn ceilings, installing new stair railings and painting all walls and ceilings throughout our home.
Claudio and the Canary Construction team provided excellent service throughout the project. Claudio offered practical advice about our plans for renovation, helped us think through various options and make good choices that fit within our budget. Claudio is amazing at mobilizing the various trades required to complete the work – he brings in people with different skill sets as needed to keep the project moving at a very fast pace. He was on sight every day during the main part of the renovation. He was readily available to discuss questions or changes that we wanted to introduce.
It was clear in every stage of the work that Claudio was very committed to ensuring that we were completely satisfied with the end product. He paid attention to small details, maybe even more than we did – something we really appreciated. The end results far exceeded our expectations.
