My son took an errant slapshot. One broken front window later, the crew showed up. I had them quote a rotting frame as well. Small job... but they made me feel important. They showed up on time, were quick, clean and my new windows look great!

My Bay Windows was leaking badly due to the age of my home and the weather outside. I call a few companies to help me with my problem. Only one company actually took me seriously. All the other companies didn’t know how to help me. I did have an emergency and luckily James came in to the rescue. He made sure that no water is going in for temporary purposes. He took a few measurements gave me a quote on the spot. I was so impressed on the attention that he give me that I had to go with James. After four weeks the installation date has come.
