Raquel and her team were highly professional and met our budget when it came to renovating out basement. We had our bathroom and entire basement painted, vanity changed, basement flooring re done and cabinets etc installed. I would definitely recommend 1 stop contacting for any big or small jobs. Had a very bad flood due to an old boiler that ruptured and need to higher a dependable, honest, flexible and easy to work with contractor. Raquel from 1Stop Contracting was very friendly and amazing to work with her and team. She really likes to do things right and is passionate about doing her job that the customer is happy about. 1Stop Contracting took care of everything from going out to buy material, to making sure the work site remained safe and clean during the work. Raquel works with you to make sure what they do is what you want or to help you determine what is best for you and your house. 1Stop Contracting renovated the entire half of our basement restoring it back to what it was with many other improvements like new floor, new wall (frame, insulation, drywall, paint, constructed a custom cabinet), installed new windows, 1Stop Contracting has high bar for quality, during the restoration Raquel would keep us up to date during the day by mobile phone and continuous walk-troughs during the project so that any small details that were missed were addressed. We were sad to see Raquel go after the work was done because we know it will be hard to get her back to do things for us since everyone else wants to hire 1Stop Contracting.
