We have a complicated electrical system here with a fuse box and a circuit breaker panel both connected to the same kitchen appliances. When the burners stopped working I called Starlight Electric. Taras arrived on time, troubleshooted the fuse box and fixed the connection all in 30 minutes. I was very pleased since he also took the time to explain how my electrical connections were working. This was something that other electricians didn't do in the past. In the future, I will consult only him and no other electrician. He's the best.

My kitchen pot lights started flickering all of a sudden and initially I got a handyman to fix it but after spending 2.5 hours trying he couldnt fix it. He just left leaving me with incorrect wiring to the dimmer switches. At this point I knew I needed an electrician and found Terry on Homestars. Terry figured out and fixed the issue in no time. He knew what he was doing and the job was done quickly and efficiently. He is so knowledgeable and courteous. After he was done I showed him a pot light that was loose and didnt stay in place and asked him if he can fix it. He changed it with a much nicer and more efficient product. Now Im thinking about changing all 15 pot lights. Overall couldnt be happier with his services. Also his prices are very reasonable for the quality of work you will get. When our house was originally built, the builder put two switches in the weirdest place (one above the other, in the middle of the wall). It has bothered us for years and now that we are looking to repaint and change some furnishings, we decided to have the switches removed and move the thermostat to a more convenient spot. Taras was great. He listened to what we wanted and made suggestions on how to accomplish this without making a lot of holes in the walls. Taras also did a couple of connections in the basement to accommodate a light fixture my husband had purchased for his workshop. Taras cleaned the areas he had worked in so well you would never have known he was here. I would definitely recommend him.
